Hourly Rate: $13.50 to $16.00
- Completing comprehensive and general cleaning duties to ensure facility equipment is cleaned and sanitized in the assigned department.
- Following and maintaining all sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines
- Verifying and documenting sanitation requirements and other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must understand and abide by company safety, quality, and GMP requirements
- Must be detail oriented
- Standing for extended periods of time, bending, lifting up to 50lbs, carrying, pulling, reaching, squatting and twisting on a regular basis
- There is one (1) 30 minute break per assigned shift. Do NOT leave your assigned area without permission of your Lead/Supervisor/Manager. You are NOT permitted to leave the facility for lunch
- After Orientation, you are required to abide by company safety, quality, and GMP requirements
- You are required to have and use your Employee Door Card to enter and exit the building at all times. If you lose your Door Access Card, you are required to notify HR immediately and purchase a replacement card
- You will be assigned to an area however, you will be rotated and moved as needed
- Must be able to work in both hot and cold extremities
- Past work experience in food production or similar environment helpful but not required
- Clean appearance and hygiene. Must be in clean uniform daily, including apron and slip resistant shoes
- Cell phone must be in protective case and are not allowed to be used on plant floor, ever
- No leaving the facility for lunch or break
- 100%, 90 day attendance
- No smoking is allowed and is enforced consistently
- Must have Food Handlers Card
- Ability to communicate
- Ability to work on/with/near, heavy machinery
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
