Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of working in senior financial and operational roles within late stage, VC backed SaaS companies
- Have ideally led Series D+ fundraises and have been part of an exit
- Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS business models, subscription-based revenue recognition, and other relevant industry practices.
- Experience overseeing legal, finance, operations, and strategy functions, preferably in a technology-focused organization.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex financial information to diverse audiences.
- A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
