Within your role, you will have the responsibility for the end-to-end management of a variety of events across the firm, ranging from seminars, webinars, conferences, presentations, and more, in both online and in-person formats. You will manage each aspect from conception to completion, including all logistics, budget management, invitation creation, through to post-event analysis. Also, you will manage the promotions surrounding the events, and will market these on both internal and external channels, including website, social media, and the intranet.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role, you will need to have 2–3 years’ experience in Events Management & Marketing, with a drive to succeed, and the ability to juggle lots of responsibilities. You will be working with lots of senior stakeholders across the firm, so you will need to have a proven track record with managing stakeholders and working well within a team. Previous experience within the financial / professional services industry is essential.

You will receive an annual salary of between £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience.
