This is a remote position.
The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for managing both accounts receivable and supplier invoicing and reconciliation processes for the small sales and marketing business. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Accounts Clerk will ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions while maintaining the integrity of financial data.
Manage accounts receivable and supplier invoicing and reconciliation processes.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
Monitor and report on accounts receivable and payable aging.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting and reconciliation.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Provide support to the Commercial Director as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Individuals with high integrity will be preferred.
