Core Responsibilities:
Conducting inspections regarding the hygiene and quality conditions of the stores.
Conduct the internal audit every two months by using the approved checklist, report the noncompliance points to concerned manager, and follow up corrective action plan.
Investigate and report customer complaints related to in quality food safety, define the root causes, correction/ corrective actions and follow up the closing with the person in charge.
Conduct internal training for all operation staff to insure the required awareness of food safety, quality manuals, related policies, and procedures.
