Seeking a Technical Writer to work directly with Product Owners, business SMEs, and data analysts to assist in understanding and writing supporting
Work directly with Product Owners, business SMEs, and data analysts to assist in understanding and writing supporting documents
o This includes both technical and business runbooks
Ability to understand complex technical and business concepts and document them in an easy to navigate and consume manner
Ability to analyze and understand complex data models
Build and maintain effective working relationships with Product Owners, SMEs, developers, Team Leads
Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Expect to own the creation of maintenance of the following artifacts:
o Business runbooks
o technical runbooks
o Data flow diagrams
o Product manuals
o User guides
o API documentation
o SDK documentation
o JAD session notes
o Architecture templates
o
Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage
Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration
Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation
Requirements
Overall work experience
hands-on technical writing experience
working experience with Microsoft Azure offerings
Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral, written, and visual).
Works well in an Agile team environment with business and technical team
Efficiently self-manages and raises issues/concerns to superiors as needed
Business analysis or business requirements gathering and documentation for a
Depth in data analysis and data flow
Knowledgeable with Azure Databricks Delta Lake; Data Lake Data Warehouse plus
Detailed oriented and diligent
Comfortable with technical terminology
Positive attitude towards
