The Physical Therapist provides patient/resident therapy evaluations and/or treatments according to established policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree with completion of an accredited program in PT or OT SLP: Master s degree in Speech-LanguagePathology, SLP: Certificate of Clinical Competence - Required

- 1-2 years of experience - Preferred

- Must be licensed by the State of NH

- BLS Certification - Required
