Assisting in recruiting new and seasoned brokers.
Providing guidance to brokers, conducting regular team and monthly meetings.
Assisting in the training of new brokers.
Business development to identify new investors and clients, analyzing market trends, and managing the negotiation process.
Managing sales activities to meet predefined targets and conducting property valuations.
Networking to specialize in designated communities and handling client queries and objections adeptly.
