Lead the execution of M&A transactions, working closely with
industry and sector teams within strategic assets. Build financial models,
conduct financial and valuation analyses, and formulate investment
theses. Manage negotiations with targets and shareholders, ensuring
effective communication with internal stakeholders. Engage and oversee
various advisors involved in M&A transactions, including due diligence and legal aspects.
