Senior Architect

Were looking for a Senior Architect to work with a fantastic firm in Dubai. Theyre looking to create a gender balance in the office, so in this case were looking for a female qualified/licensed Architect who can be responsible for preparing bids, project proposals, managing staff and completing projects from the design phase through to construction.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors in Architecture.
  
• You should have a strong background working on bespoke residential projects in the Middle East region.
  
• Demonstrate experience using Middle East building regulations.
  
• Client liaison experience, working along side them to create a brief that theyre happy with and is compliant with building standards.
  
• Manage consultants and sub-consultants, including civil, structural and MEP consultancies.
  
• Oversee and manage the project across various disciplines.
  
• Ensure that projects are kept on schedule and on budget.
  
• Demonstrate previous leadership expertise.
