Civil Supervisor

• To prepare work plan and schedule
  
• Assign work/Job to workers and monitor progress on day to day basis.
  
• Inspect work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards.
  
• Ensure workers under his control follow work instruction/standards to achieve desired Quality
  
• Ensures that all the subordinates and contractors are aware of safe working practices and takes necessary precautions in hazardous work environment
  
• Coordinate with Supervisor to ensure availability of manpower, material machineries and other resources required to perform site activities
  
• Preparing and submitting daily progress report to supervisor/Site engineer
  

Requirements

• Diploma in a Civil engineering or a building maintenance qualification of equal or greater notoriety.
  
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in Civil Construction
  
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
  
• Experience of direct line management of workers
