Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our premium beauty and spa Client in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in nail care and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of nail services including manicures pedicures gel and acrylic applications nail art and maintenance. As a key member of our wellness team you will contribute to maintaining the salons high standards of hygiene customer satisfaction and aesthetic excellence. Preference will be given to Filipino candidates due to proven expertise and cultural alignment with service excellence in the beauty industry. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures pedicures gel and acrylic applications nail extensions and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand preferences recommend suitable treatments and suggest enhancements based on nail condition and style trends.
- Keep workstations clean organized and fully stocked with necessary tools and products.
- Assist in inventory management ordering supplies and maintaining records of product usage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming professional and relaxing experience for every client.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the overall guest experience.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends techniques and product innovations to continuously improve service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 13 years of proven experience as a Nail Technician in a professional spa or salon environment.
- Certification in nail technology or related field (preferred).
- Strong technical proficiency in gel nails acrylic nails nail extensions and nail art.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional client-focused demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced high-service environment.
- Attention to detail creativity and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Nationality: Any (Filipino candidates strongly preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid work permit and eligibility to work in the UAE (visa sponsorship provided).
- Access to reliable transportation or willingness to reside in provided accommodation.
