A project manager is responsible for the overall operation of the cleaning management among the districts assigned under his area responsibilities.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

Manages the coordination of daily cleaning activities and emergency response work at all locations.
Oversees service providers to ensure service level agreements are maintained and followed.
Ensures accurate recording and maintenance of contracts invoices and associated documentation in the INCAB system.
Tracks reviews analyzes organizes and maintains essential documents to support operations method statements.
Assists in the preparation of cost estimates and work scheduling. Tracks and documents completion of scheduled work.
Supports policies procedures and consistent communication to ensure compliance with related standards.
Coordinates with Core Team as required to meet maintenance requirements and timelines.
