Conduct in-depth analysis of health care trends and strategies to address changes/challenges.

Analyse reports and work collaboratively to ensure wellbeing plan provisions are implemented, interpreted, and administered correctly.

Develop strategies to maximize employee engagement with wellbeing programs and drive positive health and well-being outcomes.

Create a cross-divisional Wellbeing network for client organizations. Develop strategies to ensure that programs are prioritized for each division based on client needs.
