Flexible Nursing Coverage: Provide nursing care across multiple units including Emergency Room (ER), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Telemetry as needed, adapting quickly to different patient populations and clinical settings.

Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in assigned units, monitoring vital signs, neurological status, and cardiac rhythms, and providing appropriate nursing interventions based on patient needs.

Emergency Care Delivery: Respond effectively to medical emergencies within the ER, including trauma cases, cardiac arrests, and other critical incidents, following established protocols and guidelines for emergency care.
