Job Description


Whats on Your Plate

Performance Reporting and Analysis

  • Responsible for optimizing our Sales performance reporting structure and processes.

  • Optimize our KPI dashboard with continuous flow of data.

  • Synthesize performance trends and business performance

  • Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement.

  • Develop reporting material in a succinct visual manner.

  • Responsible in managing & execution for special projects

Analytical support for various forums

  • Drive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests.

  • Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modelling

  • Develop joint business plans to support the sales team

  • Deliver unbiased insights to improve Sales performance.

Building a performance focused culture

  • Work with Sales teams (Sales Acquisition Account Management and Sales Support) to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set with continuous monitoring.

  • Making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance are integrated into everything we do.

Propose product enhancements to improve experience

  • Uncover insights and opportunities and translate them into product enhancements to improve Sales




Qualifications

  • Have at least 3 years of working experience

  • Back up your opinions with data and clear wellstructured cases.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • You are executionfocused and have a proven record of success in complex environments
  • Resultsdriven highperforming highquality work attitude
  • You have a high threshold for ambiguity and maintain a professional demeanour under pressure
