SQL Developer for Bahrain

VAM Systems is currently looking for SQL Developer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions: EXPERIENCE 0-2 years experience in business analysis and application support. Experience in working in a small to medium team size to deliver successful projects. Ability to communicate with business and technical teams efficiently. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. Background in development and SQL Knowledge in IT Service management like fresh service will be a plus KEY COMPETENCIES Technical: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Ability to understand the documentation requirements of requests and problems Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Ability to analyze user requirements proactively Ability to decide on a reasonable plan to resolve issues and estimate the required efforts for it Behavioural: Practicing honesty and transparency at work. The ability to communicate in a clear and effective way. Willingness to share relevant thoughts, ideas, and key information to collaborate with other team members. Effective problem solver who thinks outside the box when challenges or issues arise. Work well under pressure and have a reasonable sense of responsibility. Motivated to produce best possible results on tasks assigned. Should be willing to work extra hours whenever required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/MAJOR TASKS Responsible for troubleshooting all systems faults related to the organizations systems and applications. Perform system checks to ensure that reported bugs are fixed. Perform the necessary data updates, under the supervision of the Application Support Lead to help fix issues. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Create reports of support activities KPIs and actively participate in enhancing the performance of the team. Develop the technical knowledge to support all kinds of applications within the organization. Any other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time by line manager. Troubleshooting and debugging performance issues. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and internal users Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after resolving the issue Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month) The Selected candidate shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Bahrain Should you be interested in this opportunity please send resume at
