Senior Deal Desk Manager, CPQ Admin & Deal Support
Responsibilities:

  • Help lead our CPQ implementation project and drive a highly successful rollout to markets and teams.
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations, Process and Systems, and Finance teams to ensure the CPQ tool supports internal business requirements including approval rules and MDQ configuration.
  • Collaborate with teams, including Enablement, Sales, and Process and Systems, to guide the successful adoption and optimization of our Dealhub.io CPQ platform.
  • Collaborate to configure,customize, and evolve Dealhub.io CPQ application components, including product rules, pricing logic, discounting strategies, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with Product integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Dealhub.io CPQ and ERP platforms.
  • Provide expert guidance on CPQ best practices, including configuration, pricing strategies, and quoting processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on non-standard deal requests, special pricing, operations, approval policies, commercial terms, and troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions working with stakeholders to gather requirements for future CPQ enhancements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy new features, enhancements, and updates.
  • Establish reports and workflows that track CPQ activity over time to identify trends in behavior or needs that may indicate opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead analysis on business trends evidenced through CPQ data, in partnership with Deal Desk and Pricing functions.
  • Maintain a catalog of process documentation, identifying key risks and testing requirements.
  • Support active deals as a member of the front-line Deal Desk team, both as backstop capacity for the team, and to intimately understand current processes and pain points

Some key qualifications:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in a Deal Desk or GTM Operations function with a global sales team
  • Expert understanding with CPQ (configure, price, quote) tools with experience implementing complex CPQ projects for global organization.
  • Thorough understanding of standard business practices related to GTM Operations processes and systems.
  • Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations
