Job Description

- Implementation and support of H.C.M, Payroll, Time Management and SuccessFactors modules-Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Recruitment, Onboarding, Career Development.
- Ensure integration of above modules with 3rd party applications to facilitate automation of data capture in SAP wherever necessary.
- Ensure standard SAP solution deployment for business requirements with emphasis to zero customizations as per management strategy for SAP solution deployment.
- Validation and testing of configuration changes undertaken and their impact on existing business processes before deployment in production client.
