Job Description

We are looking for a Bahraini candidate with 1 - 2 years of experience in office administration and customer service.

If you are a fresh graduate, your application will be considered.

Job Summary

  • To plan, direct, or coordinate administrative support services and other office support service.
  • Maintain proper relations and follows up regarding contractual agreements with all external parties providing services such as housing, security, maintenance, car rentals etc.
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for the VP and the CEO.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business management/ human resources management or equivalent.
