Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible to administer the following towards Employee and Dependents liaising with local Oman authorities/ ministries and the company and joint enterprise companies licenses and tax remittances with various Oman govt. authorities Municipality Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other governmentrelated procedures.
  • Facilitate and support work permits residency visa and immigration related documentation including and final arrangements.
  • Facilitate and support registration with the tax department municipality license and lease agreement.
  • Prepare and obtain required attestation.
  • Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
  • Obtain new residence visas for dependents of employees if required.
  • Facilitate renewal of residence visas for dependents.
  • Facilitate obtaining and renewal of Expatriates passports for employees and dependents.
  • Facilitate and followup cancellation of visas for employees and dependents.
  • Facilitate complex medical / police procedures on event of death of any employee or next to kin.
  • Facilitate and support registration with the tax department municipality license and lease agreement.
  • Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.
  • To keep updated on all government s rules and regulation changes.
  • Supporting any legal issues in Company registrations
  • Liaise with all government institutions with regards fines penalties or any inquiry.
  • Support in the development and implementation of projects and initiatives of the HR section assigned to.
  • Participate in the daytoday operations of the Department.
  • Disciplinary actions
  • Handling and managing leave requests updates and reports.
  • Hard copy document control
  • Documents Processing in (MOMP & ROP)
  • Inform management of recurring computer problems
  • Stay current with system information changes and updates.
  • Perform other duties as requested.


Requirements

Education: General Diploma or above.


Experience: 3 to 4 years related experience



Experience: 3 to 4 years Education: Minimum General Diploma.
