QA/QC Project Quality Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Project Quality Plan (PQP) and other technical procedures.
- of Technical Bid Evaluation Sheet (T.B.E), Inspection and test plan (I.T.P) and other operating procedures for LLI’s.
- of Construction procedures, ITP, QA Procedures, Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR)
- coordination with Client, Subcontractor, and Vendor during all phase of project
- a team of QC members comprising of Civil, Welding, Painting/Coating, Electrical and Instrumentation discipline.
- compliance of all Quality requirements as per scope of work.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering graduate with 15 +years of experience
- Experienced in executing QA/QC requirements for EPC Projects in Oil and Gas Sector.
- Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
- Certifications in Welding and Painting discipline are added advantage.
- Approvals in ADNOC/ARAMCO/PDO/other major oil companies are mandatory.
- Fluent in English and good in drafting technical letters and reports.
- Need to reside at site project accommodation.
