IQ Option is a globally recognized financial broker, renowned for its cutting-edge online trading platform. Established in 2013, IQ Option quickly became one of the top leaders in online trading worldwide. Operating in over 13 languages worldwide, IQ Option empowers clients to engage in diverse trading opportunities, encompassing Forex, CFDs, and Options.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Designer to join our fast-growing fintech company.

Tasks in the role

• Research and analysis of user needs Task: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, problems, and motivations. This includes collaborating with an external team to organize these activities. Goal: Identify key user needs and issues that the product should address to ensure high user satisfaction and enhance the user experience. This also includes building a Customer Journey Map with metrics to understand key growth points.
• Development and testing of design concepts Task: Create design concepts, including visual layouts, prototypes, and design systems, that address identified user needs. This also includes selecting color schemes, typography, interface styles, and controls. Goal: Develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that facilitate user interaction with the product and contribute to achieving business goals.
• Iterative improvement and optimization of design Task: Conduct user tests of developed prototypes and interfaces to collect feedback. Analyze the collected data and feedback to identify problems and areas for improvement. Iteratively make changes to the design based on the collected data and retest to validate the effectiveness of the changes. Goal: Continuously improve the user experience and product interface to meet and exceed user expectations, as well as to remove any obstacles to achieving user goals.
  
  

Requirements

Confirmed experience in a similar position for less than 3 years;

Proficiency in English and Russian languages;

Proficiency in design tools: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Jira:

• Ability to create high-quality designs and prototypes;
• Effective use of design communication tools and collaboration with the development team.
  
  

Prototyping:

• Creating interactive prototypes to validate concepts with users and stakeholders;
• Using prototypes to gather feedback and improve design solutions.
