- Discord Management: Take ownership of the Ironworks Discord server, ensuring a vibrant and positive atmosphere tailored to the game's community. Collaborate closely with the team to implement bots and strategies specific to Ironworks that enhance member engagement. Collaborate closely with the team to build and customize the server infrastructure to accommodate anticipated user activity.
- Reddit Management: Take ownership of the Ironworks reddit, ensuring a positive experience. Promote and acknowledge community members to become part of the moderation team. Collaborate with the IW, community and marketing teams to grow the reddit in both engagement and size
