Job Summary:

Winners Football Club is seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Photographer to join our media team. As a full-time media player, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality visual content to promote our football club.

Your work will play a vital role in showcasing our team's achievements, events, and engaging with our fans through various media channels. We are looking for a passionate professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of football media.

Responsibilities:

1. Capture and produce high-quality videos and photographs of football matches, training sessions, and club events.

2. Edit and enhance videos and photos using professional software to ensure high-quality output.

3. Collaborate with the media team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video and photo projects.

4. Maintain and operate video and photography equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and readiness for use.

5. Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in videography and photography techniques, equipment, and software.

6. Manage and organize the digital media library, ensuring all files are appropriately labeled, stored, and easily accessible.

7. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to deliver visual content for promotional campaigns and social media platforms.

8. Work closely with players, coaches, and other staff members to capture and document key moments and behind-the-scenes content.

9. Conduct photo/video shoots on location, both outdoors and indoors, ensuring optimal lighting and composition.

10. Travel with the team to away games and events to capture footage and images for media purposes.

11. Maintain a professional and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a videographer/photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.

2. Proficiency in operating professional-grade video and photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lighting, and audio equipment.

3. Excellent knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

4. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling techniques.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

7. Knowledge and passion for football and understanding of the game's nuances and key moments.

8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the team's schedule.

9. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in sports media, particularly football-related content.

2. Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
