This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Sous Chef. The Pastry Sous Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with pastry production, including baking, cooking, and ensuring high standards of creativity and hygiene. They will work closely with the head pastry chef to develop and execute innovative pastry recipes and enhance the overall dining experience.
