- Proven experience as a Chief People/HR Officer, or in a similar senior strategic leadership role in an advisory business capacity, ideally in a fast-paced, SAAS technology-driven organization.
- Ideally you will have worked in a mixture of B2B and B2C technology environments.
- Must have experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up/scale-ups. Our environment isn’t corporate whatsoever and never will be!
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Deep knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition.
