Mobility Analyst (Fluent in German)
Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Work Authorization Process
• Communicating with clients/employees via emails or calls and providing immigration support
• Reviewing documentation, and work permits, checking quality and accuracy of provided documents Offering consistent, industry-leading experience to customers and/or employees
• Monitoring individual case pipelines to achieve production targets, meet critical deadlines, and increase client satisfaction
• Providing feedback in opportunities for continuous process improvement Working on special projects, as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of immigration experience in the EU or EMEA or other regions
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex immigration issues
• Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus
• You can balance attention to detail with swift execution and are able to stay focused when supporting multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English. Another language is a plus.
