Marketing Manager

• To develop a marketing strategy for the business undertake market analysis and projections customer analysis and mapping of the customer base.
• To carry out market research and develop concepts for new products and services and evaluate and refine existing products and services.
• To support other business units marketing activities as required.
• To develop implement and review company marketing strategies to increase the depth of understanding about products and services available from different divisions
• To support other business units marketing objectives
• To develop corporate marketing initiatives to build the brand
• To promote the strengths of group: Honesty Integrity service social responsibility and customer support
• To identify marketing opportunities and develop appropriate responses and initiatives.
• To implement and drive corporate marketing initiatives such as CRM program Customer call centre and Loyalty program
• To monitor and guide corporate marketing staff on day to day marketing activities including external corporate communications e.g. Newsletter Brand promotion & PR activities gift & giveaways signage etc.
• To develop market awareness reports on new projects business opportunities and competitor activities
• To develop marketing capability across the company through the establishment of networks policies and procedures staff development and maintenance of effective leadership
• To train and develop staff in the marketing department
• To contribute to companys growth through analysis of trends in the market place that will influence the companys direction and growth
