Marketing & Communications Manager
As the Marketing & Communications Manager youll oversee all marketing and PR activities ensuring brand adherence. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Ambassadorship : As the head of the marketing and public relations department responsible for ensuring all activities align with brand standards. Act as the primary brand ambassador to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Communication Strategy : Develop comprehensive communication strategies for the hotel and coordinate with various departments to execute marketing public relations and advertising campaigns. Oversee activities such as hotel photography advertisement creative direction PR pitches media releases and collateral development.
Event Planning : Spearhead the planning and execution of media events consumer activations and brand partnerships to enhance brand exposure and drive revenue growth.
Market Analysis : Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial technological and demographic factors to identify market opportunities and develop strategies accordingly.
Promotional Activities : Plan and manage the hotel s advertising and promotional efforts across various channels including print electronic radio social media and direct mail. Develop promotional materials and provide key messaging support for media interviews and crisis communications.
Resource Management : Regularly submit reports to management manage agency resources for projects and campaigns update hotel listings collaborate with digital marketing and social media agencies and deliver insightful strategies and presentations to the executive committee and relevant departments.
Qualifications:
Experience and Skills : A minimum of 58 years of experience in marketing/communications preferably in a hotel setting. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Personal Qualities : Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail professionalism and selfmotivation. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Education and Language Proficiency : University Degree in relevant field is preferred and proficiency in Arabic language and writing is considered advantageous.
Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Word Excel PowerPoint and database management software. Additional experience with marketing and PR agency tools and software is beneficial.
Additional Assets : Experience in marketing and PR agencies or additional language skills particularly Arabic will be considered advantageous.
