Maintenance Planner

• Create detailed maintenance schedule of multi-discipline maintenance activities within the approved schedule and budget and in accordance with complex HSE policy and procedure
  
• Support routine and non-routine maintenance activities in accordance with agreed procedures and operational requirements to ensure plant operates safely, effectively and efficiently.
  
• Support team lead to comply with maintenance execution (ME) planning process and optimal resource planning in their areas.
  
• Prepare work method statements, risk assessment and / or plant operating instructions to ensure that the required level of maintenance to asset is achieved and records are maintained.
  
• Challenge the established job priorities (using the complex RAM) and provide proper cost details.
  
• Plan pro-actively on all Preventive and Corrective maintenance works to ensure PM/CM compliance and Backlog are maintained within OLNG targets
  
• Produce, arrange and allocate detailed work breakdown and required resources.
  
• Participate in monitoring and reporting the overall complex maintenance schedules within the established frequencies (e.g. daily, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
  
• Attend and contribute to the daily maintenance-operation meeting and follow up the established actions
  

Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

• Engineering degree with 4 years of experience, or HND with 6 years of experience in the Chemical, Oil or Gas industry as a discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation) engineering
  
• Deep knowledge and experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques.
  
• Mastery in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and planning tools (Primavera)
  
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
  
• Good team player & leadership skills.
  
• Candidates preferred having operations experience.
