Machine Learning Lead - TechTalent

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Leading the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms to support datadriven decisionmaking and enable intelligent automation
• Conducting data exploration data preprocessing and feature engineering to prepare data for machine learning models
• Developing and implementing supervised and unsupervised machine learning models to support classification regression clustering and other tasks
• Developing and implementing deep learning models to support image recognition natural language processing and other tasks
• Building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows to ensure the availability and quality of data for machine learning models
• Developing and implementing data visualization and reporting solutions to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
• Collaborating with data engineers and data scientists to ensure the integration and scalability of machine learning solutions
• Keeping uptodate with the latest machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques algorithms and tools
• Providing guidance and support to other team members on machine learning concepts and methodologies
