Job Summary

Assistant IT Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning and leading IT-related activities. He/ She is accountable for researching new technologies to help business prosper and the smooth running of the organization’s computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. He/ She will supervise the implementation and maintenance of the organization’s computing needs. Candidate is a professional who ensures that all employees have the technology they need to get their job done, to close coordination with technical departments to support departments like HR or finance so that data is secure. The Candidate also ensures compliance with local laws, rules and regulation.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/Software systems
• Expertise in data center management.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services with managing Cyber Security
• Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology and IT security.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office and Office 365.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Flexible working hours.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT from an accredited university.

10-15 years of work experience

At least 5 years of experience as a Senior IT professional, with key knowledge in IT function.

Experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction field is a plus.
