- To support the Data Center (24x7 on shift basis) and maintain high quality and professional standard, by the following means:
- Responsible for monitoring, controlling and/or setting-up data center resources in accordance with established procedures within a Data Center. Monitor activities and performance of all IT systems and applications in the data center effectively utilizing software tools
- Troubleshoots issues that may cause system outages & report on any issues to support groups when necessary. Initiates corrective action promptly. Interfaces with necessary customers and/or business support groups and escalates issues to appropriate persons accordingly.
