• At least high school level
• 5 years experience in painting on a variety of surfaces
• Able to communicate (read and write) in English
• Expert knowledge of painting tools and equipment - spray equipment, airbrushes, stencils, rollers, brushes, etc.
• Understanding of different painting types/branches
• Extensive knowledge of epoxy coating procedures
• Related training certificates
