We are looking to hire a superstar to assist in all email, phone, and social media customer service efforts for our growing customer base.
You will be working with Steve Trang and will be a key member of our exceptional customer and client support team. -Problem-solving a wide variety of technical and logistical questions efficiently.
-Foreseeing potential breakage points (and solutions) for pro-active customer care.

Must be consistently available each of the 5 days during the week, Monday-Friday.
