Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Final Casing Operator to oversee the final casing process in our production facility. The Final Casing Operator will be responsible for packaging finished baked goods and confectionery products according to established specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining product integrity throughout the packaging process.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate final casing equipment, such as wrapping machines, baggers, and cartoners, to package finished baked goods and confectionery products.

2. Ensure that products are correctly positioned and packaged according to specified packaging requirements and quality standards.

3. Monitor packaging processes to ensure efficiency and minimize product waste.

4. Conduct regular quality checks on packaged products to identify any defects or issues.

5. Adjust packaging machinery settings as needed to optimize efficiency and maintain product quality.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the final casing area to meet food safety standards.

7. Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing minor repairs as required.

8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

9. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate final casing activities.

10. Complete packaging-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

2. Previous experience in final casing or packaging operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

3. Familiarity with operating and maintaining final casing equipment.

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

6. Good communication and teamwork skills.

7. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.

9. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is desirable.

10. Must be legally eligible to work in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
