Job Description

- Attend to Tenants’ complaints and resolve as appropriate.
- Consult with Tenants on any of their requirements and conduct inspections for any further requirements.
- Identify all the necessary requirements for any given work.
- Obtain quotations for all work requirements.
- Finalize all work requirements for approval, and execute work as planned.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checkups, and ensure following up and coordinating all maintenance and refurbishments works.
- Provide any recommendations on any new ideas to upgrade the premises.
