Job Description

• Identify all the necessary requirements for any given work.
• Evaluating quotations for all work requirements and recommending the best cost-benefit alternative
• Supervising work requirements, quality standards and safety requirements, ensuring work is executed efficiently
• Ensuring that preventative maintenance and inspections are implemented in a periodic manner
• Inspecting maintenance requirements facilities and premises once tenants have vacated
• Conducting and arranging routine inspections and maintenance checkups for assigned facilities, ensuring follow up and coordination of all maintenance and refurbishments works
