About The Role

We’re seeking a passionate, dynamic, and highly motivated Digital Marketing and Content Assistant Manager to join our Marketing Communications team at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay. If you are proficient in content creation, have a good understanding of the luxury industries, keep up with digital marketing and social media trends, are tech-savvy, trust your copywriting and creative storytelling skills, and have three years or more experience in a similar position, you could be our new team member!

What You Will Do

CONTENT CREATION AND SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handles in-house content creation. Shoots and edits videos and photos for social media and other platforms.
  • Prepares creative storyboards and mood boards for photo and video shoots.
  • Works closely with the Director of Public Relations and Communications to establish the Hotel’s digital content strategy. Manages all property social media channels and creates relevant and engaging content to increase follower engagement.
  • Creates content to highlight various services and products and to elevate the visual presence and storytelling. Works closely with the departments (Sales, F&B, and Spa) to feed relevant owned communication channels so as to stimulate revenue opportunities. Able to forge alliances and maintains a positive, cooperative working relationship with other departments.
  • Ensures the Hotel’s web and social media presence is aligned with the Hotel’s positioning and business objectives.
  • Plans the content and creates the content calendar(s) in line with the brand guidelines.
  • Composes social media posts in English with an engaging writing style in line with the brand’s guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Monitors, analyzes, and reports social media performances using the necessary tools.
  • Has a strong eye and skill for photography, videography, design, and aesthetics, knows what performs well on social media and engages a community.
  • Curates user-generated content and influencer/content creator assets that are brand-elevating and reflective of the Four Seasons aesthetic.
  • Corresponds with content creators and influencers, works closely with the Director of Public Relations and Communications for developing social media projects.
  • Organizes influencer and content creator experiences such as hotel stays, dining, and spa experiences
  • Has a thorough understanding of the social media environment and its evolving shape. Is aware of the latest tools, platforms, and best practices, keeping a close eye on trends, new app features, and algorithms for maximum impact.
  • Is warm, friendly, and passionate team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects at a time.
