Communicate with customers via live chat and phone calls to answer their questions and help solve their problems Building relationships with customers from the moment they speak to us by welcoming them and making sure they are happy with their experience Preparing customers to start their journey Demonstrate a strong sense of empathy when dealing with people and communicate with different teams to resolve customer issues Ensuring that the customer is impressed with our service by going above and beyond to make sure they leave the conversation satisfied Communicate feedback to the team and follow up on resolving customer pain points
