- Administer, lead and supervise subordinate staff in accordance with the policies, procedures and guidelines.
- To be familiar with the Amakin’s Operational Manual so as to brief and train subordinate staff and to ensure that staff comply with the same.
- Supervise subordinate staff on duty to ensure that the car parks are efficiently managed during the operation hours.
- Prepare duty roster and check that proper rotation of day and night shifts are imposed.
- Plan staff’s annual leave in conjunction with major festivals so as to ensure that car parks are sufficiently manned during these festivals.
- Deploy staff so as to ensure that car park operations are carried out smoothly during circumstances arising from emergency leave.
