Dhofar Global is a leading trading company in Dubai UAE providing highquality products and services to clients across the Middle East. We specialize in the distribution of cleaning and hygiene solutions catering to various industries including hospitality healthcare and facilities management.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and driving sales growth. This is a key role in our organization and requires a driven and resultsoriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research networking and prospecting.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Develop and present proposals and negotiate with clients to close deals.

Conduct regular market analysis and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets.

Represent the company in various networking events conferences and exhibitions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Prepare and submit sales reports forecasts and performance analysis to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the FMCG cleaning and hygiene industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Valid oman drivers license is a plus.
