Personal Assistant To Managing Director

The suitable candidate must have an extensive experience in a role of PERSONAL ASSISTANT to the Managing Director and can provide clerical and support tasks in the Executive Office and ensuring all related corporate procedures are well-organised and performed in time. - Locally available in the Kingdom of Bahrain - Open to ARAB nationalities/Female ONLY - Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Arabic and English -preferred both Arabic and English speakers - With understanding of local regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain - Ability to work under pressure. - Help Executives to arrange their daily schedule, setting up meetings, travel, speaking engagements and ensuring they follow their Agenda - Profound experience with office management systems and procedures, as well as major office gadgets and applications - Can work independently with strong organizational and time management skills. - Confidentiality and discretion Must be with Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
