Job Description

- Monitor and analyse all aspects of the therapy programme.
- Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development and support of all staff.
- Assume responsibility for annual merit evaluation of therapy staff.
- Manage day-to-day operations and upkeep of the rehabilitation department.
- Ensure patient satisfaction, and effective customer relations between patient and staff.
- Ensure all care delivery is consistent with individual licenses.
- Ensure all staff comply with established NHRA and compliance policies and standards.
- Ensure quality clinical programming for optimal patient outcomes in order to meet or exceed the patient, company and customer (facility) goals.
- Responsible for revenue and expense controls to meet budgetary requirements.
