Accountabilities 1. Ensuring that the job is completed in accordance with the client & class requirements. 2. Develop and approve NDT procedures, plan, written practices, and NDT techniques. 3. Interpret codes, standards, specifications, and Customer requirements related to NDT inspection to meet project compliance. 4. Manage the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) program in the yard, to ensure that NDT Supervisors/Technician evaluate the quality of material, components, and systems correctly. 5. Ensuring timely review and errorless reports submission. 6. Train and mentor Level II Supervisors / Technicians in current methods and new technology. 7. Perform site assessments and NDT audits. 8. Monitor and report the repair rate for each project. 9. Liaise with project team to review the requirements in the project and to prepare the procedures. 10. Ensure any discrepancies observed are recorded and reported to the project team. 11. Ensure that any required corrective action is taken to enable business continuity. 12. Monitor and maintain the work quality standards and help ensure that the successful coordination and satisfaction of client inspections.
