Technical Lead-NHL

• Lead technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  
• Lead solution designs, develop solution architecture documents, oversee software development and resolve technical operational issues by working with a team of developers and engineers
  
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and development teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
  
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Ensure that all technical solutions are designed with public cloud architecture principles in mind, and that they are secure, scalable, and cost-effective.
  
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that they deliver the required products and services to the expected standards.
  
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status and issues.
  
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, vendors, and development teams, ensuring that they are kept informed of project status and issues.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 10+ years of experience as software developer, software engineer, development lead or similar roles.
  
• 5+ years of experience in banking industry, understands consumer banking products and architecture
  
• Strong understanding of public cloud architecture principles and best practices.
  
• Experience in vendor management, project management, and stakeholder management.
  
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
