الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead solution designs, develop solution architecture documents, oversee software development and resolve technical operational issues by working with a team of developers and engineers
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, and development teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure that all technical solutions are designed with public cloud architecture principles in mind, and that they are secure, scalable, and cost-effective.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that they deliver the required products and services to the expected standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status and issues.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, vendors, and development teams, ensuring that they are kept informed of project status and issues.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as software developer, software engineer, development lead or similar roles.
- 5+ years of experience in banking industry, understands consumer banking products and architecture
- Strong understanding of public cloud architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in vendor management, project management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
