- Monitor and review the rehabilitation and construction of small community infrastructure (link roads, schools, community centres, water supplies, health clinics irrigation and etc) and provide technical advice on design, planning, construction, community relations and project management.;
- Prepare master plans for project implementation incorporating best practices, design and costing guidelines and operation & maintenance manuals; Facilitate identification/validation and quality checks on the infrastructure projects
- Prepare training plans and implement them to address the current and future needs with respect to the small infrastructure of the beneficiary communities.
- Plan, design and assist in establishing a web-based data base a project monitoring system
