As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo’s Customer Experience Team in Doha as a System Transition & Implementation Officer (QR .06). In this role you will support the Customer Experience team to acquire, develop and maintain the existing products portfolio. As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include the following: • Partake in the implementation of specific modules of the CROAMIS cargo system as per the project requirements to ensure timely completion and implementation of the system. • Ensure implementation of system meets agreed requirements and business expectations before going live. • Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries. • Analyze cargo department requirements from time to time and define solutions meeting those requirements and system specifications to ensure system functionality is up-to-date. • Ensure SOPs for transition and implementation are formalized, documented and signed off by all parties. Together, everything is possible Qualifications About you • Minimum bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of job-related experience. • Understanding of the airline cargo value chain with professional experience in a range of key functions. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple, time- sensitive deliverables and competing priorities • Experience in project management, system transition and implementation, and business analysis. • Good understanding and knowledge in air cargo domain modules, especially reservations, revenue management, pricing and interlines.
