Strategic Planning Specialist
- Partners with local management team to develop, implement and measure complex recommendations/initiatives that align with key strategic tenets of Investment Management business.
- Leads strategic organizational events to Data and Measurement, and supports plant strategic initiatives for the development, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Tracks participant information and key metrics for reporting in regular and ad-hoc processes.
- Presents findings, analysis, and recommendations in thoughtful frameworks for executive consumption and decision making.
- Takes on a leadership role across multiple disciplines by serving as the central point of coordination and control.
